Verizon Ships PC5750 Rev A PCMCIA Card

Verizon Announces 3rd EVDO Rev A Card

First Verizon shipped the Sierra AirCard 595 Rev A PCMCIA, today, they started shipping the Novatel USB720 and now they are shipping the Audiovox PC5750 Rev A PCMCIA EVDO Card.

This is the "cheap card". It is Verizon's entry level card. Here are a few things we DO know about it:

• Mac Compatible (if you have a Mac with a PCMCIA slot, PowerBook 15/17)
• It has an external antenna port (we do not know if it is an industry standard connector or a proprietery one.
• It is Vista Compatible
