Pssst…..Verizon is launching the Kyocera KPC 680

Verizon finally came out with a new ExpressCard. It’s the Kyocera KPC 680, which is a nice upgrade if you already have the Kyocera KR1 router and a PCMCIA adapter. It is both windows and mac compatible. However, it doesn’t look like it will be Mac WWAN native. So mac users will still have to use VZAccess. This device has a unique antenna, it’s a corkscrew flip-up antenna and has dual external antenna ports to enhance RF performance while on the go.

We will start testing this device once we receive one. We are expecting antenna adapters in the next 2-4 weeks and the price of the device very soon.

You don’t need to keep this a secret; this is some exciting news for Verizon.

So keep checking 3Gstore.com for your new Kyocera KPC 680.
