Sometimes it would take a while, but with this new application, technical support has the ability to help customers in minutes instead of hours. We have an application that will allow our technicians to “make a house call” to solve your EVDO dilemmas on both Mac and Windows operating systems. So now we CAN just do it for you! This added bonus is to help better serve/support our customers.
