There have been rumors floating around for some time about Verizon Wireless offering wireless shared data plans. It's now official, on June 28th customers will now be able to pull data amongst multiple devices rather than paying a larger fee for each device. Verizon's shared plans will feature unlimited voice and messaging and data sharing starts at 1GB for $50/mo allowing you to use up to 10 devices with that data. Users will also be required to add $40 for every smartphone, $30 for basic phones, $20 for hotspots and $10 for tablets. Verizon's top tier is still 10GB for $100/mo and could be a great value for anyone that has multiple lines, but doesn't need a large data plan on all their devices.
