Sometimes a product just isn’t right and you need to return it.  While our support team will do all it can to help you troubleshoot, they can also issue an RMA.  The following tips will help ensure a smooth process:
  • Return the item(s) in their original packaging with all parts included.
  • Secure the item in a shipping box to prevent damage.  Avoid using regular envelopes, Tyvek-style envelops or flimsy boxes.
  • Remove or completely cover any old shipping labels.
  • Write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the box.
