AT&T launches four new 4G LTE markets



According to AT&T’s press release they’ve launched 4G LTE in four new markets today. Customers in Auburn-Opelika, Ala; Wilkes-Barre, Pa; Grand Rapids, Mich. and Nashua, New Hampshire can now enjoy the latest generation network. This latest launch brings AT&T’s total 4G LTE penetration to 109 markets, and covers more than 150 million potential customers. They also plan to cover their entire HSPA footprint with LTE by the end of 2014 to reach over 300 million potential customers. Typical speeds over 4G LTE are 5-12Mbps download and 2-5Mbps upload.
