Wilson Electronics will be making a big splash in 2013 with the release of several new 3G and 4G amplifiers to fit a variety of needs (note: if you'd like to be notified when any of these new amplifiers are available for pre-order, simply fill in your name and email address on the product page for the item you're interested in!):
Sleek 4G Universal (model 813426) and Sleek 4G-C (model 812726F): Wilson is adding two new models to their line of popular Sleek cradle amplifiers, which boost signal wirelessly to a single phone or hotspot. The Sleek 4G Universal
model will work for virtually ALL networks in the US, including voice,
3G, and 4G signals from Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and many
more; the only networks it will NOT help with are iDen/Nextel and Sprint
4G WiMAX (it WILL work for Sprint 4G LTE, though, which is a first for
any amplifier!); it's a great option for users who want to be able to
use their Sleek with phones from all different providers or who want to
future-proof themselves in case they ever switch providers. The 4G-C
will work with voice and 3G signal from all the major providers and
also adds support for the 1700/2100mhz AWS band, which is used by
T-Mobile and MetroPCS in the US as well as some Canadian providers; it
will NOT work for 4G from AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.
The Sleek 4G Universal will be available in late January for an estimated $179.95 (actual price TBD). The Sleek 4G-C will be available in late January or February for $139.95.
Tri-Band Verizon 3G/4G 70db AG Wireless Amplifier (model 805165) and Tri-Band AT&T 3G/4G 70db AG Wireless Amplifier (model 805370):
The Tri-Band wireless amplifiers are the first
affordable/consumer-level wireless amps that work for both traditional
voice/3G networks on the 800/1900mhz frequencies AND either Verizon 4G
LTE or AT&T 4G LTE. They are 70db amplifiers, meaning they can cover
a very large area with boosted signal (up to 10,000 square feet!) and
are perfect for users who need to boost the signal to multiple 3G and 4G
phones or modems (or those who are only using 3G now but anticipate
upgrading to 4G in the near future). The Tri-Band amps will sell for
under $900 (amplifier only; antennas and cabling sold separately) and
will be available in late January or February.
AG Pro Selectable Quint 75db 5-Band Wireless Amplifier (model 803470):
The Selectable Quint is a very unique amp that supports traditional
voice/3G networks on the 800/1900mhz frequencies as well as the
1700/2100mhz AWS and it lets you choose between either Verizon LTE or
AT&T LTE, too! (It cannot do both Verizon and AT&T LTE
at the same time.) At 75db, it's suitable for buildings up to 30,000
square feet and will be great for situations where users have
phones/modems from a wide variety of providers.
The AG Pro Selectable Quint will be available in late January for approximately $1149.94.
