the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association by accepting a permanent injunction against the right-to-know cell phone ordinance.
The Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association members include some of the nation's largest cell phone
carriers and manufacturers, including Verizon Wireless, AT&T,
Samsung and Apple.
