Verizon WIreless admits traffic congestion on the LTE network

Verizon Wireless always boasts about its LTE network, but how much can the network take?
Turns out, at least in some cities, Verizon Wireless LTE network is so over-taxed and users are being downgraded to 3G.

Executive Fran Shammo has admitted that Verizon's capacity in places like New York and San Francisco is running out, but promised that the troubles should be fixed by the end of 2013.

The company has pledged an extra $500 million in investment to remedy the issue ;)
