A customer placed an order on our site during a weekend in July, shipping to a parcel forwarding company,  The address on the order was unusual so our fraud department did some investigation.

Then we were hit with a chargeback in November.  We attempted to contact the forwarder several times by phone, Email, Facebook to verify that this customer is registered with their service, with no success.  The automated call system placed calls on hold for several minutes then disconnected or menu choices proved unable to reach anyone.  We were able to leave a voicemail on one attempt but never heard back, and subsequent calls were disconnected after being on hold

Due to fraud, our company is no longer shipping any packages to “Shop and Ship” at 182 21 150th Avenue Springfield Gardens, NY 11413
